"D-4 한국어연수 VISA" 신청을 위해 아래와 같이 국가별 안내에 따라 한국어연수과정 입학절차를 안내 하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Required Documents for D-4 Visa
- 모든 서류는 별도 표기가 있는 경우를 제외하고 원본으로 제출
- 영어, 한국어 외 기타 언어로 작성된 문서는 공증 번역 후 제출 필수.
- 아래의 서류는 본교 입학을 위한 지원서이며, 비자 신청을 위한 대사관 제출 서류는 추가로 준비해야 하니 미리 3부 정도 발급을 을 권장합니다.
아래 제출서류 목록은 표준목록이며, 세부사항은 입학지원서를 참고하시기 바랍니다. (국가별 제출서류 상이)
- Completed Application Forms including study plan, financial affidavit, etc. Click Download ( 국가별 신청서 확인 필요 )
- Copy of passport & 2 ID photos (taken within 3 months, 3 x 4 cm with white background & without wearing glasses)
- High school/University Transcript/Diploma/Degree Authentification Document (Notarization, Apostille, Consulate Certification)
※ Details : DOWNLOAD & check out the Application form - Certificate of bank deposit balance (minimum amount of US$10,000.00)
- Sponsor's Proof of Employment and Proof of Income + any related documents that show proof of yearly income, proof of tax payment, etc.
- Family Relations Certificate or Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Health Insurance
- (For Some Countries) 결핵진단서 (结核诊断书 Certificate of TB Test (Tuberculosis Test))
- Letter of Sponsorship/Guarantee (Submit upon request)

해당 비자로 한국어학당에서 공부하는 경우에만 해당됩니다. * 국내 거주 재외동포, 동반 비자, 결혼비자, 회화 강사 등
