The course evaluation process aims to reflect students' feedback to improve the quality of classes and enhance learning effectiveness.
❍ Evaluation Period:
From: Monday, December 9, 2024, 09:00
Until: Wednesday, January 1, 2025, 23:59
❍ Evaluation Target:
Courses offered to students of academic departments and contract-based programs.
Excluded: Field practice, employment workshops, OCU courses, social and educational volunteer courses, and classes not directly taught by professors.
Courses with fewer than 5 students are excluded (except RISE courses).
❍ Evaluation Methods:
1. Mobile:
Access via the Smart Campus app.
Navigate to:
INU Service → "Course Evaluation" icon → Course Evaluation (Final) → Consent to Pledge → Education Satisfaction Survey → Recommend Excellent Courses → Course Evaluation → Submit
2. PC or Laptop:
Log in to the university’s portal system.
Navigate to:
Incheon University Integrated Information System → Academic Affairs → Grade Management → Course Evaluation → Input Evaluation Results → 2024 Fall Semester
❍ Evaluation Format:
Academic Departments/Programs:
8–11 multiple-choice questions, 2–3 descriptive questions.
Contract-based Programs:
8 multiple-choice questions, 2 descriptive questions.
RISE Courses:
Descriptive questions only.
❍ Important Notes:
Mandatory Participation:
Course evaluations are required. Students who do not participate cannot view their grades.
Results Disclosure:
Average scores for each course will be published on the "Portal Bulletin Board."
Confidentiality:
The evaluation process is anonymous and does not affect academic grading.
Data is anonymized and used for statistical purposes only. Instructors will only receive aggregated data such as average scores and the number of responses per question.
Accuracy and Precision:
This evaluation is crucial for diagnosing courses and enhancing education. Please ensure responses are thoughtful and accurate.
Submission:
Changes cannot be made after submission.
Make sure to participate during the designated period to ensure your voice is heard and your grades are accessible.
