On June 28, Lee Soo-bin, a student at the Department of Design at Incheon National University, won the first prize in the "LAUGH&LOUD 2024 Lock&Lock Product Design Contest" hosted at LocknLock. The Lock & Lock Product Design Contest, the third of this year, is a design contest hosted by Lock & Lock Co., Ltd. and provided prize money and domestic internship to the leading domestic sealed container company under the slogan of "Waiting for a trendy idea that adds unique ideas to youth with potential."

Lee Soo-bin, who won the product design contest under the theme of "Trendy New Tumbler for Young Target" with a work called "HangnHold, a tumbler that can be pulled and used in any way you want," majored in product design at Incheon National University's Department of Design and steadily tried to improve the user-centered design value, and achieved a great victory in the contest.

In the award-winning "HangnHold," student Lee Soo-bin designed the strap to be freely transformed into a mug handle and two types of ring handles, allowing various styles to be produced through flexible changes in the strap, which received the highest evaluation from the jury.

Professor Cho Yoo-seok, an advisor to the award-winning student, said, "As a result of the product design major curriculum at Incheon National University's Department of Design meeting the needs of the industry, we will guide students to grow into designers who can create sufficient understanding, consideration for users and high-quality value for use."
