We would like to inform you about the application period for the cancellation of double majors, minor majors, and the graduation delay for minor majors for expected graduates of the 2024 academic year (February 2025). Please make sure to apply within the designated period to avoid any disadvantages due to not canceling or applying for graduation delay.
A. Application Target:
Students expected to graduate in February 2025 (2024 academic year, spring semester) who wish to cancel their double or minor majors or those who are completing a minor major and wish to delay graduation.
B. Application Deadline (Strictly Follow the Deadline):
- Cancellation of Double Major Application: By 5:00 PM, January 8, 2025 (Wednesday)
- Graduation Delay for Minor Major Application: From January 2, 2025 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM, January 8, 2025 (Wednesday)

- If there are courses completed for the double or minor major, make sure to change the classification of those courses.
- If a student completing a double major wishes to switch to a minor, select the minor option () and apply.
Department Head and Double Major Department Head Processing Menu:
Double/Minor Major Management > Double/Minor Major Cancellation Approval Management- Department assistants can confirm and change the course classification.
Important Notes:
- For students who have completed the necessary courses for minor major certification, it is possible to switch to a minor. Be sure to cancel on time to avoid any delays in receiving the primary degree.

- If a student has not completed the required credits for their minor major, they must apply for a graduation delay (up to two semesters) to complete the minor major courses.
- The department head and the department head of the double major must complete the approval process within the application period.
D. Cooperation on Course Classification Matters:
Changes to course classifications cannot be made after graduation (including completion of the program).
