In accordance with Articles 15 and 16 of the "Incheon National University Academic Regulations," we would like to inform you of the manual application process for retaking courses in the 2024 Fall Semester as follows:
1. Application Eligibility and Procedure
A. Eligibility:
- Current students who have registered for courses in the Fall 2024 semester.
- Students who have previously taken a course at our university and received a grade of C+ or lower (including F) and have registered for the same course in the Fall 2024 semester but have not been automatically processed as a retake. ※ If the course was automatically recognized as a retake during course registration, no manual application is needed.
B. Application Procedure:
- Fill out the Retake Application Form and the Same Course Verification Form, obtain the confirmation (stamp) from the head of the department offering the course, and submit the forms in person to the Academic Affairs Team (Room 104, Building 1).
- Required Documents: Retake Application Form, Same Course Verification Form.
2. Retake (Manual) Processing Schedule
A. Retake (Manual) Application Period: September 9, 2024 (Mon) – October 4, 2024 (Fri)
B. Expected Date of Retake Confirmation: October 7, 2024 (Mon)
C. Retake Confirmation Period: October 8, 2024 (Tue) – October 14, 2024 (Mon) - After processing by the Academic Affairs Team, students can verify their retake status directly in the Integrated Information System (refer to the attachment).
