University Graduation Ceremony Gown Rental Location: Lobby, 1st Floor, Building 14, Section C

Remarks:

• Gown rental and return will take place in the lobby. submitted with the degree certificate, will also be distributed at the same time.
• The degree certificate will be stored for one year after the graduation ceremony, after which it will be automatically discarded. Proxy collection is allowed, but the student is responsible for any loss.
• Please be careful not to damage or lose the mortarboard and gown, as the student is responsible for any damage or loss.

• Location: Main Auditorium, Building 23, Songdo Campus
• Program: National Anthem, Academic Report, Congratulatory Address, Address by the President, Graduation Speech, Degree Conferral, etc.

• Note: Graduates are kindly requested to enter the venue by 10:40 AM wearing their gowns for the smooth progression of the ceremony. (Gifts will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis after the event for those wearing gowns.)
• Please Note: The event schedule and specific timings are subject to change depending on the circumstances.
